Does the WIiU have the Wiis store?

Will I be able to download and play Zombies Ate My Neighbors on the WiiU? It's one of the main reasons I'm buying it.

You have to go into the Wii menu and load up the Wii shop channel from there.

You bought a Wii U to play an SNES game for $8? Couldn't an emulator have been a far cheaper alternative. Or maybe even getting a cheaper Wii?
