I seem to have lost my activation code I tried looking through the Nintendo site but can't find where I can request a new one.

The Wii Speak Channel doesn't work though, even though it can be transferred, since it requires WiiConnect24. But Wii Speak functions in games that it works with like Animal Crossing should still work fine.

Oh so I can just connect it and it works just fine with Animal Crossing? I thought I needed to download the channel first.

I'm pretty sure you cant get the Wii Speak channel though; not that anyone ever used it...
