Sorry to hear! This is a curious issue that seems to happen sometimes. Luckily it seems that it gets solved by trying a few different things:

- Try to play another game that has an update (Black Ops or any other game - most likely there's been an update to a few different games already).

- Download and play a demo/demos of other games - sometimes this helps and lets you download the update for Trine 2 when you start it again.

These two tricks seem to have a good success rate (we've heard of two other people who had this problem, and the tricks above are the solutions that helped them).

"Regular tricks" would include:

- Re-download the game

- Turn off the power and remove the power cord for 30 seconds or so, and try again

- Remove the internet connection (disable/unplug the LAN adapter) and enable it again

- Create a new Mii and use that to download/play the game

But these don't seem to help, so the first two are the best choices...

How to make sure you have the update:

- Go to the main menu and look at the bottom-right corner, it should say "v1.2.0" there. (You can see it in this video at 2:30 or so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blpNVYK8iII&t=2m30s )
