Seriously, enough with this moronic excuse. This is by far the worst console launch. I've owned nearly every gaming system made and the lack of software for this thing is staggering.
I'm with the TC, I've been thinking of selling my system for weeks now. It's just a dust collector.
Name one console that has had a constant flow of acceptable software in 3 months in history if you want credibility. Every console ever goes through this.

Now, let's remove all ports from the list, and pick out the good games. This is analyzing the U.S launch, so sorry Japanese and Europeans.
SNES: All of them, except for Simcity. So all 4 of them.
N64: All of them. All 2 of them.
Dreamcast: Sonic.
PS2: Timesplitters.
Xbox: Halo, PGR, and DOA3.
360: Kameo.
Wii: Excite Truck, Wii sports, and Super Monkey ball.
Vita: Uncharted, Wipeout, Lumines, Escape Plan, Katamari.
Wii U: Nintendo land, NSMBU, ZombiU.
So what did we learn from this? The vita as a console is underrated, The N64 and SNES had the smallest launches ever, and most of the 360's games were ports. This. --- I don't have any babies, but my friends have babies. But I have friends, babies don't have any friends. |

So...you're backpeddling now. And no they didn't suck, nobody bought the things and they went through what the Wii U is doing now, and that is a dry spell immediately after console release, this includes the PS3...
Every one of them ended up with good games in time that redeemed the system in one way or another. Vita still has some work to do, but it's coming along better now than i would have expected when it came out. I wouldn't have suggested it to a friend a year ago, now i'll discuss with them how it could be a better system and the possibilities it has in the future to make it so.
