Wii U

Note that I'm only considering the 'Big 3'; Ouya, Steambox and any others can be disregarded for now.

I'm definitely going Wii U given that I've already got one, and I'll probably get the PS4. I don't like what I've heard about the 720 so far, and after some consideration I came to the conclusion that Xbox Live was a stupid idea; it's not a lot on its own, but added to the cost of the console dramatically increases the price. As for exclusives, there aren't really any (that appeal to me) for the 360, besides Halo (and I'm not as bothered about it these days).

If my financial situation changes in the next couple of years I may own all three, but gaming alone is going to cost me a fortune this year (10 3DS games by the end of summer, at least 5 big Wii U games I'm aware of, and probably another handful that haven't been announced). I'm also hoping to get a decent gaming laptop, so that's going to cost as well.

Feel free to just vote, but it'd be nice to hear your explanations too.

Being an adult with responsibility...I will only be able to afford games for one system this generation by the looks of it. I don't really have an interest in the primitive ideas that Sony and Microsoft want to throw at consumers anyway.

I regrettably purchased a Wii U and plan on getting a PS4 because Sony consoles never let me down. Though I primarily game on my PC.

Getting a Wii U at some point. Jury's still out on PS4/720 since we know literally nothing about them, but I'd be partial to the PS4 based on past experience.
