Accommodate wii u capabilities. Might even extend the life of ps3 and 360 as well, seeing next gen versions with better lighting and more particle effects, and toned down versions for last gen hardware like ps3 and wii u.

So in turn, 3rd party support should be great this time around rather than abysmal. Whic is amazing news for wii u fans.

If Watchdogs is any indication, then yes, you are right. If it means sacrificing pretty particle effects, I can skip getting a PS4 or Nextbox.

Also take into fact that the Wii U has a pretty easy architecture to develop for.

Well to be fair the PS4/720 won't be getting the best versions either, but that's besides the point. More games for everyone.

Agreed. If PS4 games can be streamed to a handheld that's only half as powerful as the PS3, then Wii U should have no problems.

Can't really use Watchdogs as a point. It's coming out on pretty much everything. So it could of easily been in Development and such for the older consoles first, and upgraded to the ps4. The only way you can really base it on if a game is announced for the ps4 first, and eventually ported to the Wii U.

It's very hard to use a game coming out for everything as a base.

That's not really how streaming works >.> Especially if you look at um, that console that starts with an O i think, that streams the games to less powerful PC's. The PC's you're streaming from does all the legwork i think.
