Very doubtful, in the reveal trailer, they kept saying that its only coming to the Xbox and Playstation and said it may come to PC if people whine enough.

It seems to take advantages of the fact that Microsoft and Sony are going to be constantly "online" with their social features. Wii U? It's more of a traditional console in that respect.
So I don't think it will get the game, even if the Wii U can handle it or not. The online "vision" doesn't seem to fit the bill this time around.

But then again, it's coming to PS3/360.../shrug
