If i buy dlc for assassin creed 3 on a different account on my wii u will it be there on all accounts on the wii u?

i heard if you contact Nintendo, they transfer your account to a new system.

I want to know because my main account is too young to download the dlc i guess so i made a new account to download the dlc but i first wanted to know if i downloaded the dlc to the second account it would be on my main account
