Why are you guys so excited for the Wonderful 101?

Honestly, I think it looks like crap. I know people have hard ons for Platinum Games but this one looks really boring. When people talk about great Wii U exclusives they always say this game but it's an embarrassment that just continues to push the 'Nintendo is kiddy' cliche. Show this to a Halo/COD fan as an answer to their hardcore games on the Wii U and they'll laugh in your face.

So, why the love?

Come on did you really just use CoD and Halo two of the most casual friendly FPS on the market in your argument? As for the Wonderful 101 I really don't know what to expect from it.

You are totally right. I was exited for it, but now that you pointed out it is kiddy, that kills all my interest in it. I will get a mature rated game instead now.

The same reason people are interested in stuff like Knack and Kinectimals, probably.

It seems like a step above the cliche shooters people flock to nowadays. I guess people like creativity.
