I'm not a connoisseur of indie games, but I would recommend Mutant Mudds Deluxe (if not the 3DS title) and Bit Trip Runner 2 (the whole series is pretty good - You can buy a disc with the earlier Bit Trips on the Wii).

Meh, I've never cared too much for indie games: probably because I end up regretting every purchase that isn't Bit.Trip.
