How long does it usually take to fully download? I started at midnight so it can download overnight. I woke up right now. It's 3:00a.m and it's at 6%. This is gonna be a long download. It's Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 by the way.

Depends on your internet connection and the amount of bandwidth any other devices in your home are using. --- Keep calm and hee-ho http://i.imgur.com/8JzkT.png

Is it safe to leave the system on for so long?

I downloaded zombie u in a few hours, but i was also playing games at the same time and someone was streaming movies in another room.

It was launch day last time i downloaded a retail game, but I got sonic, and it was going at about 1GB per hour. They could use to speed up their servers a bit cause that's not my max speed but that gives you an idea of how long it should take if you're hitting the server's seemingly max upload speed.

Yes, part of nintendo's testing was the leave the system on for weeks, furthermore I believe it should resume downloads where they leave off but not 100% sure of that.

I'll tell ya, though. If the system freezes it could mess up the download. it happened to me in the morning. It was at 17% when I woke up. I went into the miiverse and the system froze so I had to unplug it.........I'm at 5% again. GRRRRRR!
