Finally buying a Wii U. Nintendo Land or Sonic Racing?

They're both used deluxe sets going around less than $300. One is the normal standard deluxe set with Nintendo Land and the other without but includes a copy of Sonic All Star Racing.

I need something to tide me over until Monster Hunter. I plan on picking up the other game when its on sale. Whats the better game?

Whats the better game?

For singleplayer Sonic, and for multiplayer N-Land. (Not to be confused with Atlanta)

Just IMO. Depends on how you plan on playing.

Nintendo Land is an awesome party game, but it doesn't have much for single players.

Sonic & All Stars has an extensive amount of single player content and is great for multiplayer.

Honestly, I highly recommend both games, but if you can only get one, get Sonic & All Stars. However, I strongly urge you to get Nintendo Land at your earliest opportunity. Luigi's Ghost Mansion and Mario Chase alone make it worthwhile, and the rest of the multiplayer games are just as good.

I got Nintendo Land first, because like Wii Sports it is a good demonstration of the control styles on the system. It helps you get used to the console.

Nintendo Land is very neat, and really let's you see the potential of the GamePad.

But Sonic is better.

If they're "around less" than $300, but not by much, just buy a new deluxe set with nintendoland and the charging cradle. The charging cradle is nice and worth it (depending on your setup).

That being said, they're both good games. Just answer this question: Do you prefer your multiplayer online (sonic) or local (nintendoland)? Actually, Sonic does both. If you don't buy a new deluxe, just try out the demo first.

Nintendo Land is my favorite game on Wii U. But I haven't tried the sonic racing game.
