Good gamepad usage aside from some 360 degree viewing shenanigans. The review also says the game is great and the reviewer could not recommend a better game for wii u owners right now.

Can't find the review online, but it's already being reported on several sites.

Stoked, game looked like a solid 8 to me, hopefully some more good press comes in.

No surprise, the Lego games are almost always a solid 8-9.

I don't give a crap about review scores myself, but that sounds like a perfectly respectable score that will soon be met with countless shouts of "lol it not even a 9 what a joke dont wast ur money folks".

inb4 the truth so that we can fanboy it up and the trolls wont be able to use it against us.

Score is about as high as I expected. Hopefully this can be the first lego game, not attached to another license, that can actually sell great. Though with the Wii U's current trend of software sales, I doubt it.

No, GI is never a reliable source. Normally the only thing they review for Nintendo are the 1st party titles, and those get high scores. Anything else they disregard or give nothing higher than a 5 it seems. It honestly shocks me they gave Lego the score they did simply because it's not on other consoles.
