Could use one of these of you wanted.

Does it connect to the Wii Remote in Classic Controller style? If it uses the standard GCN wireless connector, it still won't work on a Wii U or a Wii without those ports.

Sorry, but SNES controller has it beat by lightyears.

That's why I prefer the 360 remote over EVERYTHING because it has everything the SNES remote has and some.

Yea, the d-pad on the 360 sucks, but the good outweighs the bad by alot.
I also purchased the udated version with the d-pad switch thingy, and the remote is the closest thing to a perfect remote since the SNES.

But that's just my opinion, and I won't hate you for having a different opinion, I'm not like most of the trolls around here.

Ah kids one again time to get educated.

How can a controller that was:

- Purple (no big deal but still)
- Has the worst small unusable D-Pad
- Was too small
- Had the worst button in history (the z button)
- Had stupid kidney buttons which made it confusing
- had a cord that was too short

How can that be one of the best controllers!

How can that beat the NES, SNES or even N64 controller. It cant!

The triggers and A button where the only good things about it.

I absolutley LOVE that attachment, but....

yea, there's a "but"...

I emulate my SNES games on my Slim PSP, and the controller layout is REALLY similar, so I just use that.

The wierd thing is, is that as much as I love the SNES controller, I bought a Classic Controller Pro for my Wii, and just never could get the hang of it.

I WILL be buying this remote this week on Thursday, and I will post about it when it is delivered along with the 9 dollar Gamecube remote (which has GREAT reviews), so stay tuned..

Thanks a ton for the links, pm me with your NNID we might be able to play something online sometime.

The N64 controller had so many problems. While I will agree the Dpad on the GC controller is bad, (it's too small for precise movement) the N64 one wasn't good either. Let's list.

N64 controller issues:
Its way to big
4 C buttons were annoying
IT STARTED THE Z BUTTON
The control sticks sucked and always kept breaking
The Dpad was too large and oddly cut out for precise movement (like in Pokemon Puzzle League)
There isn't a good way to rapid tap (like in Mario Party)
They put a memory card and or Pokemon expansion in the controller making it even bigger and heavier.

Short version is while the GC controller is not going to beat SNES, it's nowhere near as terrible as the N64 controller.
