Do you guys think Sony will end up making software for the Wii U?

I'd like to see Sony's IPs on the Wii U like how we have Sega and Sonic games on it right now.

What are the chances of this happening?

I'd say for any other company it would be impossible, but Nintendo has the potential audacity, power, and enough money to go in for the kill.

I could see some third party buying Sony IPs from Sony, and then making them for nintendo.

But I don't see sony themselves doing it.

I'd say the odds are about the same as the odds of there being a Nintendo iOS app.

But they wouldn't do that. They would just watch with anticipation as Sony continues to crumble.

Why kill them when they are in the process of killing themselves?

I doubt if Sony would develop for Nintendo, even if they left the console market. Too much bad blood. More likely they'd go to Microsoft.

It wouldn't happen in the Wii U's lifespan in any case, though.

Please, MS and Sony have been at each other's throats since before the X box. The reason MS got in the console business in the first place was to spite Sony. Plus it would make more sense if Sony sided with their fellow Japanese company. Besides all of the Sony exclusives would make more sense on a Nintendo platform anyways, MS already has exclusives that directly compete with Sony's on a genre-to-genre basis. Nintendo not so much.
