How about it? An old-school RPG in HD for the Wii U.

If it's a good, long game, and available at retail, consider me sold. I'd definitely buy it.

I love the series, but I don't think it would do well as a full-priced retail game. As a $14.99ish downloadable title, maybe.

Well if they took some notes from The Bard's Tale II: The Destiny Knight and made it that you can travel the wilderness and explore towns and what have you, I could see it becoming a retail game for like 40 or so bucks, and have said game available for download too. That way everyone's happy. :)

That's kind of unfair the other 4 cost between $30 - $40. I'll admit they'd probably need voice acting, either lots of character portraits for emotion, speaking, and attacks or up grade to 3D cell shaded models, and expand some of the variety more in what the dungeon do. However to say the games get down graded to on the cheep is crazy talk..

Yes I'm suggesting allowing seeing your party attack in battle, and more story dialog such a character you talk to in the bar being show. Maybe even more character customization, I mean visually, if it was 3D cel.

I don't want to have to buy Wii U to play EO. At least having it on the DS/3DS I'll know there are plenty of other great games to play.

I'd buy it, the 3DS demo convinced me to buy the game and it has been pretty fun.
