Just bought Lego City Undercover

I was feeling nostalgic about an old lego PC game I had, and decided 'why the heck not?' Just loading this into the system now... opinions to come.

do you know what framerate is ? If so and you can perceive it well please report on how consistent it is ,the mention of this problem in multiple reviews has turned this from a pre order to a rent for me.

Well, I just got through the opening cutscene, didn't notice any framerate issues. I'll keep an eye out but I dunno if i'll be able to tell what exact framerate it's running at (but i'd definitely notice a drop in them.)

If there are any framerate drops at all, I'd expect them to be the same drops you might experience in Lego Batman 2 or Lego Lord of the Rings. I won't be surprised by any drops in the framerate, to be honest.

Wouldn't surprise me. A game will always look better at 30 than at 60. Shame though, as FPS > resolution.

that is true but only on consoles, 60fps just feels amazing doesn't it,but as you say sacrifices have to be made.

Lego Island, by any chance? Because that's why I'm buying Lego City too.

Well, unless you're a mid to high end PC by today's standards. But yeah, 60 fps > Graphics any day.
