Super Mario RPG U (by StephenYap3)
It will have all the best features of every Mario RPG ever released whilst containing more features. Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad, Wario, Yoshi, and others are playable and unite (much later in the game) to take down Bowser and thwart his plans of taking over the Mushroom Kingdom... but is he really behind all this? The gameplay offers changing forms via classic Mario power ups (though only works for some members) and learn more attacks as Character Coins are collected. Branching paths are also included.

For those who weren't there during the Top 10 Most Anticipated Wii U Games, there's a reason why the word current is used for the rankings, they can change. For the rankings to be fail-safe, each game must fight the one right below. For those who don't understand the reasoning behind this, let's say that Rock received the least votes when put against Paper and Scissor and thus gets eliminated. In the next round, Paper wins against Scissor in a popularity contest and is branded the winner. Rock then gets second place by winning against Scissor. But is Rock really less popular than Paper? What if everyone who voted Scissor preferred Rock over Paper? The only way to be sure about who really wins when there are multiple candidates is to have an absolute majority, however this doesn't always happen on paper. Finally, in order to let number 10 fights for its title, it was important to determinate a number 11.

*NEWS* Chrono Break dethroned Metroid Dread and claimed first place.

I don't directly prefer your version of Super Mario RPG U, but it's pretty sound. I'd love a game like that, especially a sequel to SMRPG if that is what it is.

I am Lord Bowser, King of the Koopas! Bwahaha..
Playing Bowser on Mario Kart, and Noxus on Metroid Prime. I am not a cookie cutter!

That's not my version, it's StephenYap3's. And yes it's supposed to be a sequel to SMRPG, at least according to him.

Add Daisy to Mario RPG then ill pick that.
why?
Because the RPG games make EVERYONE lovable. And it's about time Nintendo started fleshing out all these characters they made.

Metroid Zero Mission and Super Metroid are some of the finest 2D games ever made and are the best in the series.
Metroid Fusion is pretty cool I guess.

As long as you don't contradict specifications, you're free to take anything for granted since this is your dream. In this case, Daisy can be part of the "others". I'd also add Waluigi in the mix.

I'd add Waluigi too. He was great in Strikers (then again, Strikers Charged had the best incarnations of all of the characters)

"It will have all the best features of every Mario RPG ever released whilst containing more features" is where I stopped reading. RPG's on their own sometimes are guilty of having too much going on, confusing what really matters for things that ultimately end up just getting in the way.

I like the idea in theory, but when it comes to actually being implemented, I don't even trust Nintendo to NOT screw that one up. Look at Paper Mario Sticker Star as an example. They couldn't decide if they wanted it to be an rpg at all, so we got a game that implemented alot of cool ideas, but did it in such a lazy, and uninspired way, that the game as a whole felt either unfinished, or simply lacking.

I would pick the Super Mario RPG U option if only for the sake of a brand new game vs hd ports of games I already own on their original media (on a side note hated TP. You couldn't pay ME money to play that piece of crap ever again).

Blame Miyamoto for Sticker Star.

there are alot of reasons to blame miyamoto for sticker star, but theres plenty of blame to go on the dev team themselves. Miyamoto was largely hands off on the project itself, but had input. It was up to the devs to take that input and do something with it constructively, not implement it in a halfassed way.
