What would be wrong with a "Moe" JRPG Nintendo game?

I see people hating on Neptunia in that other thread without giving any reason as to why moe is bad. It's funny because the second and third game are pretty good. Not a system seller but better than most games currently on the Wii U, but enough about that game. Why would a moe game be bad other than it's "Too anime" as some of you would surely say.

Maybe because moe is a crappy and horribly over-used method of attracting attention by catering to sexuality?

It certainly isn't a good sign.

And we're talking about Neptunia, the first game of which is about console-based girls with large breasts and/or skimpy outfits, fighting against video game piracy.

The second game fixed all that though. I'm not really talking about Neptunia now though. It's just that people think just because a game has a moe style, it's instantly bad, which isn't the case.

Moe is too adult for a Nintendo system.

Honestly, Neptunia attracted me because of the personification of the Game Industry and the general NIS humor. Not everyone that plays games like that are loli-loving pedophiles

These days, all the kids are playing M rated games while the adults are lining up for Pokemon. Which game is a kid's game now?

I imagine it would damage Nintendo's family friendly reputation, and they would never risk losing that particular market.

It's perfect for the Japanese market.

JRPGs and associated anime do not sell well in North America. Show me one game in the previous generation that sold well in North America or Europe and I say make the game. There is simply a culture barrier where North American gamers have not been exposed to the cultural experiences that make these games popular in Japan. Same reason why a game like Call of Duty sells poorly in Japan: The cultural difference.
