I've never played Earthbound. What's so great about it?

Terranigma is probably my favourite SNES RPG it's really epic.
The whole trilogy is worth a look if you have never played them.

[1:04pm] <R33P3R> how can a game be epic on a phone?

For those first time players of this game... It's more of an experience than a game... sure, there's lots better RPGs out there, but there's never going to be a story as good as this. No crying untl the end!

For those buying EarthBound: Take the survey, and mention that you want EarthBound 0 and Mother 3 in your country! (This also applies to Majora's Mask.)

Also at one point of the game, after you go through a certain dungeon, the dungeon actually joins your party.

...Are you serious?

Yes..though it's very short lived, it does happen.

Metroid Zero Mission and Super Metroid are some of the finest 2D games ever made and are the best in the series.
Metroid Fusion is pretty cool I guess.

The whole Master Belch arc was terrible and the low point of the game for me.

And that whole business with the waterfall sucks without a speedup function.

Temporarily, yes. I believe his name is Dungeon Man.

Oh yeah, and one of the random townsfolk NPC sprites is Mr. T.

Aaaand you've probably already seen Mr. Saturn referenced elsewhere. Especially if you played Smash Bros.
