Am I the only one who doesn't like Reggie?

Iwata becoming NoA's new CEO is amazing news to me. Reggie just bothered me. Besides his soulless personality and boring voice, he seems to have been involved in some decisions that left core Nintendo fans unhappy.

I think Iwata, if Nintendo Directs and other decisions are any indication, will care about core fans much more. I also think that we won't have to have so many localization petitions and operations because Iwata will probably have a greater sense of what we want.

What does everyone else think?

Also, Reggie's responsible for "My body is ready". That alone makes him despicable.

Reggie is "funny" and has meme appeal BUT he is dumb and shouldn't have any high position job at Nintendo.

He makes the company and the fans look bad and I swear the average person here could do a better job than him.

I donīt know him personally. But as a face of Nintendo I find him to be boring and typical corporate America and I refuse to believe he even likes games.

So why would I like him? Im sure he is nice in person. But who cares?

Reggie has a good sense of humour, and all around seemed likable, however, I do not feel he was good as a businessman. He was responsible for the whoppers during the last year or so of the Wii's lifespan, such as us almost not getting the Operation Rainfall trilogy at all.

I'm glad to see Iwata grabbing the bull by the horns, and actually taking responsibility for things. I happen to like Iwata, and the way he presents NIntendo Direct in that voice of his. For some odd reason, I found myself laughing when he donned the Luigi cap during March's Nintendo Direct. That being said, I think this will end up increasing our chances of getting more titles in North America. A shake-up is exactly what NoA needed.
