Monster Hunter series vs. Metroid series...

Spare me the apples and oranges response. If you could only choose one series to play forever, which would it be?

As much as I love Metroid, I can't think of anything that is a time sink like Monster Hunter. It's pretty much a commitment to play forever anyway.

Metroid. I have yet to actually play a Monster Hunter game in general.

Probably Metroid. I don't really care about Monster Hunter enough to do anything other than play a demo of it.
Well, I suppose it's time to get kidnapped again...

Idiotic choice.

You might as well say 'What do you prefer, Baldurs Gate or Elite'
Currently playing: MH3U and Lego City Undercover
Waiting for: Elite:Dangerous, Pikmin 3, GTA V

not asking what you prefer, im asking what you would choose to play forever if you had to choose one only.

You can pretty much put Monster Hunter vs any game and i'd probably choose Monster Hunter against all. There's just so much to do in the game.
Currently playing: MH3U, KI:U., FF6

Mmm. As much as I'd miss Monster Hunter, and have a lot more downtime between games, I'm-a pick Metroid. I'll always prefer games that provide more "funs-per-hour" than ones that last more hours.

Easily Metroid. I can't for the life of me get into Monster Hunter.
All attempts at duplicating it have ended in disaster: four test subjects were horribly broken and twisted when they engaged our Morph Ball prototypes.

Monster Hunter, no contest.
and thus concludes my post.
