Exactly, Nintendo already lost a great franchise in Banjo Kazooie. That was a big enough hit to them. They don't need to lose anymore. As Microsoft demonstated, Microsoft wouldn't know what to do with a Nintendo franchise except kill it.

Nintendo aren' t in the position to sell any franchises, last time I checked Wii U is hurting for games. If anything they should make Sega a console.

They will never sel theire francises they said thay rather quit making consoles then letting other companies use theire game titles
