Is there a reason why Nintendo finds it necessary to sexualise children?

Hilarity aside, this is the most blatant off-topic things on this board (that has a sizable post count) at the moment.

And it's still here.

....I sincerely hope that this topic was a joke, and if it wasn't.... then TC... tha heck? Sure, she has kind of weird proportions. Her top half is looks kind of small and stuff, but that's just the anime style. I've seen much more question things... (although they have been in M or T rated games) so this is certainly nothing out of left field. Nintendo is probably one of the tamest game companies out there (granted there are a few exceptions to this). The outfit is very kosher, totally appropriate for any age group.

Just look at the design of the new female lead in Pokemon X/Y:

A. Learn something about Japanese pop culture

B. pull the Puritan stick out of your 4th point of contact. There is nothing wrong with those outfits.

I'm pretty sure the problem is that the male trainer has early winter apparel while the female has a skirt, tank-top, and sneakers. Either every mysteriously created Pokemon region since Unova has the most screwed-up climate ever or there's a little something off here.

They can be fanservice-ish without going the full Sailor Moon treatment.

Came in expecting 6th Gen Female Trainer to be wearing Etna's "outfit" (or lack thereof <_< ) or something similar in terms of raw perviness...

Was pleasantly surprised to find out that 6th Gen Female Trainer, for once, actually looks age appropriate! Yes that includes proportions; May had way too skewed proportions for her age...no 10 year old has boobs that big, short of some genetic mutation that drastically increases breast size. This trainer by comparison looks like a schoolgirl wearing a classy, non-slutty outfit, and proportions that seem in line with the target age...something 5th Gen Female Trainers should look into (B1W1 especially, she almost looks like a HUnewearl from PSO, and HUneys always wore skimpy outfits due to how energy barriers and whatnot made skimpy clothes viable in combat).

Tbh it seems like TC would feel more at home at Fox News HQ than among the people of GameFAQs.

In serious debate- the Japanese have a pedofillic culture. Don't believe me? Look at their anime and manga a. They are obsessed with youth

Hell, look no further than this:

And you can do that for every character in the game.

Also, I came across this clip a while ago, which indicates that the Japanese are aware of their own public image regarding pedophilia:

I'm sorry is that "sexualized"?

I wasn't raised in a prudish conservative family in a religious country.
What I saw was a very normal girl and nothing more.

I guess people with perverted minds view vulgarity in anything innocent.

Shame on you Nintendo and SNK for making loli games for the DS, such as Doki Doki Majo Shinpan

Is this why the 3DS forbids imports?
