Why does anyone even remotely trust Dennis Dyack anymore?

The guy has proven himself completely untrustworthy. He's using the Eternals fund to buy more hookers and blow. You won't see a cent of what you donated to Dennis Douchebag again, for a game or otherwise.

So wait... He stole money from other projects to fund ED2/SoE, but he's gonna steal SoE's funds for something else? That seems awfully inconsistent. Like robbing a bank so you can buy a gun to rob a convenience store.

The game will never be made anyway. Have you seen how much money they think people are gonna donate to this thing? Yeah not happening. Especially considering Eternal darkness flopped the first time around. It has it's fans. I'm one of them but there's just not enough interest to gain the money they think they need.

I thought people didn't like him, isn't he only 10% into his goal, at this rate he is definitely not getting his money for a game and mostly no one is gonna support him.

Itīs suspicious that the fund raising is both "private" and on Kickstarter.

And it is tanking hard. Im guessing they will claim bankruptcy and people will never get their money back.

For me the issue is this: That company back in the late nineties/early 2000's that made Legacy of Kain and Eternal Darkness is gone. Everybody around then moved on, went to other teams, got fired, etc. - We are now left with the group that made Xmen Destiny- and I'm pretty sure they were all canned too.

Don't think another Eternal Darkness is going to be made here. Its over. Enjoy your copy of that Gamecube game, and be done with it.
