Yeah I guess Ill go with this. We're already seeing big changes and Nintendo has talked about this 3 times in about the last month. 15 years I could see them not making consoles anymore and raking in cash making mobile device games, but also have their own portable device, but nothing for the living room.

Still kicking ass in the handheld market. As for consoles, depending on how Wii U finishes it's life, Nintendo could very well go the way of Sega and only be software as was stated.

I think the market will probably evolve into something unrecognizeable as console gaming. Perhaps blurring the lines between consoles PCs, tablets, and phones.

Nintendo will still be making dedicated hardware, but more of a hybrid handheld/console/PC-type thing, perhaps.
