Netflix video quality dipped on Wii U ever since Arrested Development?

The streaming quality of nearly every video I've tried watching on Netflix has been much worse than it should be, rarely (if ever) approaching HD. When I press select, it says its running in Low or Medium quality. Never had this issue before yesterday.

I'm at a consistent 15-20 Mbps and my Netflix settings are all set correctly. Is anyone else getting this?

Yes, yes. I'm about 8 episodes in and loving it, but that hardly answers my question. :/

I canceled my netflix a couple weeks ago but the last few movies I watched had really lousy video quality. I was using a Sony Blu-ray player so it's not just a Wii U issue.

Yes. I know. It was fine for me, too. Yesterday and today, all day long, it's been awful.

I seem to have fixed it by unplugging the system and plugging it back in.

haha sorry, I noticed the quality drop a couple times. Usually preceded by buffering, but restarting the video usually fixes it.

Aaaaand its utter !@#$ quality again today. Hard rebooting didn't help this time either. No one else is having a problem like this? I definitely have a solid highspeed internet connection. Even if it WERE to dip to sub-HD for some reason, there's no way it would ever go to Low-SD quality like it is now (super pixelated, etc).

If you hold (-) aka Select while you watch anything on Wii U Netflix, you'll see some info in the top left corner showing the quality of your video (as well as a timestamp). The scale gos:

Low SD
Medium SD
High SD
Medium HD
High HD
(And presumably Super HD, if it's available in your area)

I should be getting High HD all the time. I'd be okay with Medium, but whenever I play anything it wants to be Low SD.
