Im gonna have a real hard time deciding this holiday season.

The Wii U has so many games out, especially since it's been out a year already. I have so many great choices.

But the PS4! Its like wayyy more powerful, and only 50 bucks more...

Tough...

The Wii U has to price drop once the new consoles come out. I would wait for a price drop, I'm waiting for a price drop and a bundle.

That rather depends on what the PS4 actually comes with. Will it come with any extra accessories? Bundled games? Etc. What exactly is that $400 going to get you? It might turn out that a new PS4 with games, decent accessories, and etc. will cost closer to $500 than $400.

Where in the world do people get that the Wii U is only $50 less than the PS4? Wii U is $299, PS4 is $399. Where is the other $50?

Wont buy a non-Nintendo console until people stop pretending Nintendo doesn't count.

That's the ultimate catch; the PS4 isn't backwards compatible with either PS3 games or accessories so the price is going to increase. Plus the PS4's lineup doesn't actually look that enthralling when you get into the titles that require it.

I'd get a Wii U now, and a PS4 next year when the killer games you want are out. Maybe get the basic Wii U for $300 and save the extra $50 for your PS4?

And also, PS4 isn't "wayyy" more powerful. More powerful yes, but it's not a major gap.

WiiU this year and PS4 a year later when it has more games, WiiU will have a stronger library by holiday season, and we don't know what exactly the PS4 will launch with, chances are, not much but multiplats.
