"Nintendo doesn't need to outsell Sony or Microsoft"

yea.. lets face it.. wii u is very weak hardware for 2013.. most next gen games are skipping it and many 3rd party developers are dissing it...

its components are cheap but nintendo are selling it with premium price.. i guess because it have nintendo logo on it which is priceless!

so.. outsell or doesnt outsell the competitor.. nintendo still making big money.

its the same strategy as wii.. very nice one! i am very proud of nintendo billion in the bank. :)

If Nintendo really wanted to be more profitable, they would ditch home consoles, focus on the handheld market and go multiplatforms. But they won't do that cause they want to remain in the competition whenever Tc wants to admit it or not.

Wii U is selling at a loss per unit.

Fatality.

Their consoles ARE profitable. The GameCube was the most profitable console of its generation.

I said if they wanted to be more profitable. They will never do it though, they want to beat Sony and Microsoft, they want to be number 1 again. You guys are delusional if you really think Nintendo is happy in the position they are in right now, being the small underdog in the console wars.

I'm glad my gaming enjoyment doesn't depend on how much profit Nintendo is making.

Someone here gets it.
