localization aside, the game was pretty solid. I had a lot of fun with it

Yeah aside from the HORRID voice acting in the beginning and Adelle's teenage drama, that game was hella solid. The bosses and healing system could have used a little tweaking though (Bosses too strong, potion dependant healing until that fire health raise spell).

I really wanted it to come to Europe. :-( As much of a Tales of clone as it looked, I was really looking forward to it.

Had a Street Fighter signature for four years, but Crapcom doesn't deserve such recognition anymore.

Agree with what was said a few posts up. Fix up the voice acting and it'll be a solid game.

The worst thing is, Rising Star Games openly stated they had to make the decision between ARF and the horrible Eldar Saga, and thought there was a bigger audience for Eldar Saga.

It's ridiculous how bad of a decision that was, especially considering America's main complaint with ARF, the quality of the english voice acting, would have been far less relevant for the majority of Europe (as people who's native language isn't English wouldn't notice it much).

Loved ARF. Definitely hope to see more games from its developer.

Tons of upside, especially with the great combat. They fix a couple of glaring flaws and there's no holding them back.
