Do you want voice acting in Zelda?

I wouldn't mind for the characters to speak in "another language". Just an invented language by Nintendo. It could be nonsensical gibberish l really don't care. It's real easy to mess up the whole game for people that hate potential bad voice acting. Nintendo COULD have an option to turn off the spoken dialog and retain all other music/sound effects during gameplay for those simply don't want to hear it.

No!!! Please, no!! Remember Starfox Adventures?

"Jibber-jabber, jibber-jabber, jibber-jabber, DINOSAUR PLANET! Jibber-jabber, jibber-jabber, jibber-jabber, GENERAL SCALES!"

Yes, but no more for Link than he's typically got. Everybody else should be fully-voiced, though.

This.

The difference in the Silent Protag category between LoZ and say, Persona, is that Link doesn't ever seem like he actually SAYS things.

In Persona, your MC says things clearly because the conversations move forward as if a conversation happened.

With Link, everyone tells him crap and he just nods and makes guttural noises.

Personally no, but I think they should just because people whine so much.
