No.

In concept, I like them, but in practice they're too finicky and imprecise.

No, every game I played on the Wii so far (besides Wii sports) would have played better with a proper controller.

They seemed fun for an alternative way to play, but having a system built around them was stupid. No, I didn't like them on the whole.

Only game I can think of that really benefited from them was Wario Ware Smooth Moves. That game was sweet. Until I started cutting my wrists with the disc over the summer.

See, you think that, but then you get Playstation Move, a system that is built around a standard controller but introduces a motion controller. The result: absolutely no games that really use the motion controller because it's an accessory and no developer wants to make a game that requires an expensive accessory. Fewer sales.

Honestly, I loved them. I think they should still be used in future Wii U games so long as they require Motion Plus and not just regular Wii Motes. There's still a lot of potential with the motion controls that developers haven't really begun to utilize.

No. With the Wiimote as the default controller it meant that a lot of 3rd party games skipped the Wii. And most of the games on the Wii had awful waggle gameplay. Only Nintendo got the best out of the Wii. The Wii would have been better with a gamepad as standard but that would just make it a GameCube. I preferred the GC to the Wii. I'm glad Nintendo dropped the wiimotes for the WiiU but the WiiU gamepad is proving to be almost as useless.
