Several new advertisements for the Wii U have surfaced... from Japan.

One of the biggest criticisms both fans and critics have leveraged at Nintendo is the lack of advertising the company has done for the Wii U. Considering the release of the Wii and the advertising campaign that surrounds it, you’d be hard pressed to believe Nintendo released a new console just a few months ago.

That seems to be changing as Nintendo is ramping up the efforts to advertise the new console in Japan, but you can bet we’ll be seeing some more advertising in the West soon. That being said, the Japanese market and its advertising is definitely... different than what we see over here. What do you think of these advertisements?

Those commercials are fine, but Nintendo needs to start reaching out to the more hardcore gamers in America. You know, the true gamers, the fine people who keep this industry alive.

To appeal to MS consumers, the Pikmin commercials should feature more explosions, Peach should wear a low cut, and the family in #4 should be replaced by frat boys.

It won't take much to appease pure Sony consumers, just pre-render the cutscenes on a PC to make them look better than they really are. That should stroke their superiority complex and trick them into thinking they're getting something cutting edge graphics wise.

And for the Nintendo fans, just have a picture of Mario's head from Super Mario 64 with Sheep Baa-ing in the background. It feels just like New Super Mario Bros.

Ugh, when I half agree with my dumb comment to show how dumb your one is. It makes me feel bad, real bad.

Someone else do the PC master race. Ironically please. When you try to put thought and point out a serious problem for them. It makes you feel bad on the inside.
