Shouldn't we be getting 5 Player Multiplayer Nintendo Games?

Something like Mario Kart 8 would benefit from this. 4 Players on the big screen, one on the gamepad. Sonic Racing Transformed did it. Would be nice if the option was available in Mario Kart as well. Play to the benefits of the console.

Heck, 3D World could do it as well, couldn't it? Wonderful 101 has 5 Player. Want to see Nintendo push it more.

It seems quite likely that Mario Kart will have either 5 or 6 player local multi.

To be fair, Sonic Racing Transformed did not do it. Sure you can play it like that, but the frame rate gets so bad it's simply unplayable. I never managed to play that game with more than 2 players.

We do have 5 player Nintendo games already. Nintendo Land, NSMB(L)U, and Game & Wario all have a 5 player mode of some kind.

I always play that game with a big group of people and never once has any of us ever noticed any drop in frame rate.

W101 has online multiplayer?

How else are you going to draw the weapons?

Glad for you. Unfortunately I cannot handle the sub 20fps the game has in that mode.

That doesn't mean it didn't do it. God, I hate when people say things like this. It's been done, unplayable or not, the mechanic is in the game.

It's like when people say the WindWaker Triforce search is broken. ITS NOT. YOU CAN COMPLETE IT and continue with the game.
