What are the controller options for the Trilogy?
Can you use a Gamecube controller?

Wiimote and Nunchuck only.

Don't let that scare you off though, it's still very good controls for Prime shenanigans.

The control scheme for Metroid Prime trilogy is far, far better than the gamecube controller set up.

If you want the gamecube controller controls, I recommend purchasing the original copies of Prime 1 & 2. Trilogy is far better, though.
I am Lord Bowser, King of the Koopas! Bwahaha..
Playing Bowser on Mario Kart, and Noxus on Metroid Prime. I am not a cookie cutter!

You won't want the cube controller, I love playing Prime 1 with Motion.
Everybody seeks happiness! Not me, though! Thats the difference between me and the rest of the world. Happiness isnt good enough for me! I demand euphoria!

Why would you even want to use an analog stick for aiming?
Check out my sound cloud! I write orchestra pieces, sometimes piano solos:

Wiimote/Nunchuck only. They're good controls, but I've always preferred the GCN controls.
