Would it be so bad if it were a dark, more adult themed Legend of Zelda?

The cartoony art is getting old.

You mean like Twilight Princess?

I'd be happy but then again I don't equate dark gritty to mature. Skyward Sword had great themes and is one of my favourite Zelda titles, moreso than OOT. Just hearing the music from that trailer gives me goosebumps. SS was pretty mature in the themes found within the game such as self sacrifice, personal growth and so on. Too many gamers are unable to recognise mature themes unless they are dark, gritty, violent and sexual. It is a shame but it is the truth.

Turns out I have one of Sony's lap dogs following me around on gamefaqs. If you see him, don't feed him. He has a bad temper and is easily upset :D

I would guess you would like any Zelda game really, even if the characters were talking pieces of s***.

Think about it.

Looks fine to me. All I know is I don't want to see the brownfest artstyle TP used ever again.

I'm not a gamer, I'm a Nintendrone. Here's proof I live to serve Nintendo:

A Conker-Zelda crossover would be amazing!

People who say Nintendo games are for kids need to grow up themselves.

Remember that April Fool's Day joke that Nintendo pulled once where they announced a futuristic Zelda game? Link had a gun that he called the Master Sword, and his motorcycle brand was Epona.

I remember it being especially funny because everyone I know was excited as hell for this game to come out, and severely disappointed when it turned out to be a joke.

Maybe some day they'll make Zelda U DLC that turns it into a 80s remix. Kinda like Blood Dragon.

PART HYLIAN.
PART MACHINE.
ALL CYBER HERO OF TIME.

Those people were idiots then. That's like being disappointed that we didn't get a Mario game where he uses firearms.

This. I don't play Zelda based off of appearance.

To be fair, the overall plot of the MGS series sounds like it was written by a 7 year old on amphetamines.-CrystalKing5426

I would be thrilled. Skyward Sword has had my favorite art style of any Zelda game so far. It's a very unique art style in video games that looks gorgeous.
