I agree, SM3DW and MK8 together could really have driven sales this Christmas. I don't think SM3DW alone will do the numbers. --- http://www.jvp-boston.org

MK7 was harmed by being pushed up. If MK8 was ready for Christmas, it would release at Christmas. --- http://www.youtube.com/user/ThankTheBear Subscribe for LPs of Pokemon Snap, The Legend of Zelda, Dragon Warrior, Super Mario Bros. 3, Bionicle, and more~!

Eh. This is best. MK7 was rushed a bit, and I think it did itself a disservice as a result.
This. The Mario Kart games have steadily been getting less content over time, with MK7 being the worst offender...I don't want that happening again. In fact, they could bring all the better aspects of previous Mario Kart games with this one.
- Full Mission Mode like in the DS version, complete with online leaderboards. - Online multiplayer consisting of a mix of Wii's and 7's features, with some form of chat other than pre-made messages. - Vast array of characters like in Double Dash, without shoehorning in random stuff like baby forms, Metal Mario, Queen Bee, etc...keep Shy Guy though, I've wanted him as a regular playable character for a while and he should stay as one. - Ten Grand Prix cups like in Super Circuit: Five new, five retro. - Vehicle customization like in 7, with a better method for acquiring parts (like instead of slowly collecting coins to unlock them, use driver points that are paid to you depending on how well you place in races or battles, using those to buy parts). - Bring back 2-Player Grand Prix...this'd be perfect with the GamePad since there'd be no split-screen. Also as an extension to this, allow us to race or battle just AI on any track you want without going into Grand Prix mode or whatever. Ever since Double Dash's All-Cup, I've always loved going into Vs. and just racing AI on all the tracks at once, randomized. --- Come see my game collection: http://www.backloggery.com/bakonbitz
