If Sony want bankrupt and they needed someone to buy them, would Nintendo bid?

Would Nintendo step in and buy Sony (or at least SCEI)?

Make a list of third party devs that would fight to buy Sony.

Would Nintendo fans want ANY of Sony's IP's on nintendo consoles?

Why in the world would anyone buy a loss making company.

The patents & IP's probably would be broken, up and sold, and employees terminated.

They'd totally bid for some of the patents, but that's about it.

If Sony went bankrupt I'm pretty certain no third party developer would want them. It'd probably be another electronics/technology manufacturing company.

Toshiba maybe?

I think that Apple would take them. Apple is genius when it comes to hardware, and Nintendo are genius when it comes to game software.

Do people actually think no company would want to buy the God Of War, Uncharted, Last of Us, Infamous, GT, LBP,etc. IPs?
Wow.

Dunno most said no to the company, not the IPs
As a company Sony is a trainwreck from the lowest employee to the top, and outside pretty much firing almost everyone there would be no way to fix it so it would be pointless to buy. But the patents and IP's on the other hand would be worth buying that they own.
