I have a basic set (white), and the thumbsticks are starting to yellow on the gamepad. While I expected this in the long run, I can't believe it's already happening a few months in. I try to keep my electronics clean, but it seems the gamepad is a filth magnet. The screen seems to scratch way easier than the 3DS screens as well in my experience.

Any way to prevent further yellowing/clean it up? Yes, I wash my hands before using it.

You'd have to take the thumb sticks off and let it soak in bleach... or try to be creative and find a way to let it soak without taking the sticks off. It'll void the warranty though if you're still covered on it, if you take the controller apart.
