There is definitely something to be said about going against the grain/bucking the trend. Nintendo needs to CONFORM and bring out the games that players WANT.

It was actually 14th in the singles chart, this is the problem sometimes as it puts titles all together from all formats as one.
Also keep in mind this does not include Digital Sales, it's also a new IP too which is a lot harder to sell without huge advertisements (still not seen a single Wii U add since Just Dance one last year), it also was a busy week for the Wii U itself as both Disney Infinity (Wii U version accounted for about 10% of it's sales.) and Splinter Cell were released on the same day.
