Are we on the brink of a Nintendo/Mario MMO? It seems like Nintendo is milking every franchise in every corner they can get. DLC is springing up in all of their main franchises, how long until we finally get a sponsored MMO that's pay-to-win, pay-per-month, and "free-to-play?"

I'd say we are years away from any kind of Nintendo MMO, Pay to play or otherwise.

If any series is likely to go that route, it'd be Animal Crossing.

That said, I don't see them going that route, for a while.

To be fair, the overall plot of the MGS series sounds like it was written by a 7 year old on amphetamines.-CrystalKing5426

Online service for Pokemon correct?

That is optional...correct?

There is no problem.

I could definitely see that. AC is slated for a U release sometime too.

And to the other guy; Pokemon Rumble U uses NFC toys which are microtransactions

People are taking your thread seriously, don't ruin it.

On topic: There actually tons of ways for Nintendo to make little gains on their IP's. Personally, I don't think their in a position to try such things, but I agree with Animal Crossing being a prime target.
