I am not happy with Gamefly.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered 3 games from them for Wii U when they were doing their big sale.

I got Epic Mickey 2, Monster Hunter, and Lego City for around $50.

Well, Lego City and Epic Mickey 2 did not work. So I contacted Gamefly (through their email system) and let them know that I want to exchange those two for the exact same games.

I got a response today saying that they have refunded my card and that I need to send them the games, and that FedEx will be contacting me soon about the return. They informed me that currently they do not do exchanges.

The reason I am mad at them is because the sale is no longer going on, and I cannot purchase these games for the discounted price that I got them for.

I did get a refund so I am happy about that, but it's disappointing to me that they won't exchange the game, or honor the price I bought them for.
