Ok, WWHD's framerate... here's the truth

Guys, WW is one of my favorite games of all time. This HD remake is awesome.

But I'm looking right at it as we speak. I've been playing videogames for over 2 decades... and I can confirm that this is not what 60 fps looks like.

So how do I know it's 30 fps? Try panning the camera left or right and look at the way *distant* objects move across the screen. That jitter/smear aspect to the movement is not present in say... Super Mario Galaxy and many other games that are 60fps. (Go ahead, put SMG in your console and compare, then switch back... then ask yourself if one runs faster).

Yes, this is 1080p native. But no, this is not 60 fps. I'm sorry guys. I don't care what you read on any website. I'm looking directly at the game and telling you with absolute certainty (and I'm not trolling either) that this is rendering at 30 fps without question.

This is almost entirely the same exact framerate as the original game (except there are some differences in certain areas).

I think that as soon as you need additional equipment to realize the different between something.....they don't really matter at all...

What differences? That is the one point in your argument that doesn't seem to match up with the rest.

This where someone is suppose to put "LOL Wii U can't even run a 10 year old game at 60 fps."

That's some qualifications you have there.

Phew, you heard it guys, 20 years of experience on frame rates. This guy's legit.

Hard truth to swallow, but he even whipped out Mario Galaxy as evidence-- the game all games use as a standard on Frame Rates.

seems to fluctuate from above 30 to 60 depending on where you are and the situation.

I don't get why people were acting like it was built from the ground up and a true remake lol. Those people obviously don't know what a remake is.

This is a lazy port nothing more and this pretty much confirms it.

No wonder Nintendo actually managed to release it fast and on time.

Most people don't care but the PC gamers are making a huge amount of noise about fps.
