Nope. This is why people hack their Wii's to run emulators.

1. Most people don't do that anyway. I don't.

2. You have to do it in some completely asinine way (use SSBB in an odd way, which I don't even own anymore)

Yeah. I had a friend who's dad hacked her wii. And they could play every game EXCEPT SSBB, her favorite game.

Do you mean the arcade original, or the slightly pared-down SNES port?

Because I highly doubt you'll get the arcade version.

The only thing that was "pared-down" of the SNES version is having fewer players. Otherwise it was just as good, or some might argue better.

The SNES port actually had more content, IIRC, although the lack of four play co-op was a bummer.

All they had to do was remove the SD card when playing smash bros. Anyway it's totally worth it. I can play my gamecube games on my Wii U thanks to this.

Not unless Konami renews the license for TMNT again. Third times a charm. I sure as heck wouldn't be against that. After playing Reshelled on Xbox the SNES original is still king.

Pretty much.

I can imagine, that if Out of the Shadows was made by Konami, it probably wouldn't have been god awful.

Activision currently holds the video game license for Turtles, so it is unlikely. UbiSoft had to pull down the Arcade and reshell games because of it. Now I don't know if they pulled Turtles 1 for nes down from the Wii's VC. If they didn't, then SNES Turtles in Time has a shot on there.

It wont happen 1) because those NES/SNES Turtle Games were IP's by Konami/UltraGames and 2) Activision has controll of the Turtles game franchises now 3)look what happened when Konami and Ubi Soft tried to re release Turtles in Time.....
