MegaMan X4
Haven't played battle network or Zero
You didn't mention MegaMan Legends or the less popular MegaMan Starforce.

Megaman 9 (classic)
Megaman X4 (X)
Megaman Battle Network 3 (Battle Network)
Megaman Starforce 3 (Starforce)
Megaman Legends 2 (Legends)
Megaman Zero 2 (Zero)

Haven't played either of the ZX games, though. I own everything in the series besides the BN, Legends and ZX games, as well as some spin-offs and remakes.

Mega Man 3
Can't choose between the MMBN games... I played 1, 4, 5, and 6 and none of them really wowed me. I guess objectively 5 was the best one I played, since it was on the DS and had the highest quality music/sound, graphics and controls.
Star Force 3
Mega Man Zero

Those are all the series I've played.

Technically TC knows some of my favorites... But I'm posting them for everyone else.

Mega Man 7 (2's my favorite 8-bit one though.)

Mega Man X (#1)

Mega Man Battle Network 3: Blue (Once you use Folderbak, there's NO turning back.)

Mega Man Star Force 3: Red Joker

Mega Man Legends 2 (the only one I've played.)

Mega Man Zero 2 (I LOVED this game.)

and even though Mighty No.9 isn't finished yet and technically ain't a Capcom licensed game... It's gonna be good FOR SURE.

Don't hope for a new GOOD Megaman game. In the end it's only going to get cancelled.
R.I.P. MML3, MMU and Rockman Online... Wii U: Legendary_Mario

I disagree with Folderbak. While you do get everything back, with NaviRcycl you recall the last Navi chip used, and if it was used in a program advance, you use it again. You get a lot more offensive power much quicker.

Megaman 2
Megaman X

It's been so long since I've played the Zero and Network series. I remember very little because I wasn't very invested in the games.
