What's the average then, a 6. I've played some damn good 6's in my life. Although the constant mention of lackluster level design has me wondering.

Wonderful 101: A game where you fight people with people.

So the game is average then? I can deal with that. I'll form my own opinion on the game.

Pretty much the #1 criticism seems to be it trying to be Mario Galaxy and failing, which is something I kind of guessed would happen when I first saw the trailer.

On the other hand, the visuals seem to be the most praised thing, ironically.

It's funny though. Every review I've seen so far said something different negatively about the game. Gamespot thought the 2D stages were better, Polygon thought the 3D stages were better. IGN thought the physics were off.

Game reactor Sweden - 6
Game Reactor Norway - 8
Game Reactor Germany - 6
Game Reactor portugal - 8

Have only read the swedish review but seems like the reviewer didn't like the controller, said that abilities are mapped to too many buttons, that the camera was kinda wonky. That there weren't enough checkpoints (gee kinda odd thing to complain about, back in my days we had NO checkpoints), bad cutscenes.
The reviewer liked the game best on level that used a lot of Speed and 2D levels with not too much platforming.

If you think this has a happy ending, then you haven't been paying attention.

Actually the number one complaints seem to be terrible controls, poorly level design and shoddy platforming mechanics.
