So we should take what Joystiq says with a grain of salt? So games like Wii Party U aren't nearly as bad as they say it is. Thanks.

The only time I ever experienced analog face buttons was on the PS2 in Star Ocean 3. You did different attacks depending on how hard you pressed the face buttons, and I would always screw it up. I liked the battle system in that game, but the analog button thing really threw me off. I guess I never knew that the PS3 controller kept those in.

Yeah, this too. I got MGS HD Collection for PS3 over 360 because it used the pressure sensitive buttons like PS2 versions did.

Then I played and remembered how awful pressure sensitive face buttons are to use. Bleh. Glad to see them get out.
