No, you can't change the actual hardware. Whether it's good or bad, you are stuck with it and have to figure out how to sell it. Be it bundles, marketing, etc.

Advertise. Make an effort to differentiate the console from its predecessor. Mend relations with third parties. Who the **** am I kidding, I have no ******* clue.

You know, most people would end up running Nintendo into the ground because they don't know jack about how to do it as they sit anonymously behind their computers.

0. Fire Iwata, and replace him with someone with brass "Balls".
1. Make proper account system.
2. Offer WiiU "Lite" Tablet free bundle w/Pro Controller instead for $150.
3. Add 2-3 games and a pro controller to the current 300 dollar bundles.
4. Add Achievements/Trophies along with all other current online systems and options.
5. Offer Wayyyyy more VC games, and allow for cross play between devices.
6. Market, Market, and Market!!!

Problems solved!
