Does the gamepad always look so... grainy?

It just looks grainy to me, are they all like this?

I think that's just the sub HD effect... I played my GC the other day and, regardless of SSBM love, my eyes bled.

Yeah, I think I'm just overobservant.

I do think I know what you mean though. Try playing a game without the TV at all, then play on the TV for a while, then go back to the gamepad and see if you feel the effect more. I certainly do with Wind Waker, less so for something like Darksiders.

It is 480p, like the Wii.

You get used to it. It's smoothed out, not jaggy, so games look good on it.

I agree with the graphix thing.
I played Oblivion, then I played Fallout, then when I played Oblivion again, the graphics were "screwed".

But it's like that thing of can't see well in the light after walking on the dark.(or opening the curtains in an otherwise dark room.)

Do you judge games by graphics and not gameplay?Only like realistic games?

If it looks grainy you probably need glasses. I know when I put my glasses on my television goes from looking like a stretched out 480p picture to the shiny 1080p full HD picture the blu-ray provides.

Personally i prefer 720p. 1080p is just too many pixels
