Games that are better on Wii U

So I'm planning to get a Wii U one of these day. I have a PS3 along with Arkham City, Deus Ex: HR (not director's cut), and some others. I was wondering what third party games have their definitive versions on the Wii U, and if they are worth the extra purchase.

Rayman Legends
Need For Speed Most Wanted U
Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge
Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed
Trine 2

Subjectively, the common belief seems to be that Rayman Legends has some content best played with Vita or Wii U's touchscreen.

Objectively, Need for Speed is factually better on Wii U than on PS3

Rayman Legends.
If you aren't into DLC then AC4. As you have a large map on the gamepad.

And Assassin's Creed III, despite the game itself being horrible. Having the map and waypoitns on the screen and not having to pause is soooo nice.

Too bad the game was terrible.

Was the game bad or just the main character?

CoD Ghost with Wii mote support
Monster hunter 3 ultimate is probably like 30 bucks now, has a online mode that the 3ds version doesnt have

Rayman Legends comes immediately to mind, since it was originally intended to be a Wii U exclusive and has exclusive features.
I also remember being envious of the Wii U version of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, since the 3DS version didn't have online play

I have to shoot down the above poster's Tekken Tag 2. It's a great game and has awesome Wii U exclusive content, yes. But there is no option to install, meaning load times are bad. That, and the online community is pretty tiny. So it's debatable whether or not it's a better game experience on Wii U.
But if you ever wanted to play as Paul with a fake Mario nose, hands down this is the best decision of your life.
